Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process

When you write to us by email, on WhatsApp or through the form on this website, we may process:

• Your name and contact details: email address and, if you share it, phone number.
• Your business name, industry and general business details.
• The information you include in your messages.

We do not request sensitive personal data, such as health information, through this website or by email. Please do not send it.

3. How we use it

Necessary purposes: answering your requests; preparing assessments, proposals and quotes; and following up on the business relationship and, where applicable, the service agreement.

Additional purpose: sending you information about Amoui's services. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Do not send information”. Opting out does not affect the necessary purposes.

4. Who we share it with

To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf: our email service (Zoho), the hosting for this website (Cloudflare), the contact form service (Formspree) and, if you book a call, the online scheduling service. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that platform also processes your data under its own policies. Some providers may be located outside Mexico. We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows or requires it.

5. Data we process on behalf of our clients

When we provide services to a business, such as a dental practice, and process data about its customers or patients in its systems, we do so on behalf of that business, under our agreement with it and its own privacy notice.

6. How to exercise your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent by sending a request to [email protected] that includes:

• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your representative.
• A clear description of your request and any details that help us locate your information.

We will respond within the time limits set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display it, your browser connects to our hosting provider, which receives technical data such as your IP address. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies required for website security, and we may measure visits with cookieless statistics that do not identify you.

We will publish any changes on this page and indicate the date of the latest update.
